How to use it

  1. Stand in front of the pantry with the list and a pen.
  2. Tick “have” for everything that’s there.
  3. Tick “buy” for anything running low.
  4. Take it shopping, or copy the “buy” column onto your meal planner’s shopping list.
  5. Print a fresh one each month.
