One-way or two-way, your call
- One-way: your calendars flow into My Tomte. Nothing flows back.
- Two-way: family events stay in step both ways. Move swimming in Google and it moves in My Tomte; add a birthday lunch in My Tomte and it appears in Google. (Family and Premium)
What syncs, and what never does
- Syncs: family events, including the ones you plan in My Tomte.
- Never syncs: meal plans. Your work calendar doesn’t need to know it’s taco night.

Will My Tomte change events in my calendar?
Only with two-way sync turned on, and only family events. Meal plans never go anywhere near it.
How many calendar accounts can I connect?
One Google, one iCloud and one Microsoft 365 account. Connecting more than one account from the same provider is on the roadmap .
Can I choose which calendars sync?
Yes. When you connect an account, you pick which of its calendars come in, and whether each one syncs one way or two ways (two-way is on Family and Premium). The footy calendar can come in; the work one can stay out.
Is my calendar data private?
Only people in your household can see it. Data and security
