What’s on it

  • Guest list, with a column for each guest’s dietary needs
  • The menu: starters, mains, sides, desserts and drinks
  • Who’s bringing what, so you don’t end up with four potato salads
  • A countdown: two weeks out, one week out, Christmas Eve and the day
  • A shopping list grouped by aisle, with a “don’t forget the ice” reminder

How to use it

  1. Two weeks out: fill in the guest list, ask about dietary needs, and share who’s bringing what.
  2. One week out: plan the menu and do the big pantry shop.
  3. Christmas Eve: pick up the fresh food and prep what keeps.
  4. Christmas Day: follow the plan, then nap.

Always check ingredients and allergen labels, especially for guests with allergies.
